A Shore Delight guest home has operated successfully for the past 10 years, serving the needs of both short and long term guests. It is the intent of the owners to ensure a safe, restful and memorable holiday.

    Pricing is based upon a minimum of 6 guests per night.

    Each additional guest is charged $20 per night.

    Mid Season (minimum 2 night stay)
    May $240/night
    June $280/night

    High Season (minimum 5 night stay)
    July/August) $350/night

    Deposit
    10% of the total cost is necessary to secure the reservation Payment of the balance is due upon arrival.

    General Information  A Shore Delight faces Okanagan Lake with a south west exposure. A brick driveway leads to a large parking area. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and upon departure. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Due to its location within a residential community, it is expected that guests adhere to a quiet time policy (11pm to 7am).

    Kitchen
    The spacious, bright, kitchen has a large refridgerator with ice and water dispenser. A Jennair range is built into the open counter. In addition, there is a built-in oven, microwave and diswasher along with all the small appliances one would expect to find at home (coffee maker, toaster, popcorn machine, blender, etc, even a bread maker!) Complete matching cutlery, dishes, glassware for 10 guests.

    Recreational Room  50" tv, vcr, cable, large selection of videos.

    Laundry Room  A large tiled floor, cedar walled room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

    Beach and Dock  The small pebbly beach slopes gently into the crystal clear waters of Lake Okanagan. The private and licensed dock stretches 30 m out from shore to a large deck with patio table and chairs. A bouy is available for moorage. A boat launch facility is 200m to the north. A Wet Deck trampoline is anchored to the dock.

    Bathrooms  Two full bathrooms, one on each level. Master bedroom has a half bath. Complete sets of towels are located in each bathroom. Additional towels are provided for hot tub and beach use.

    		 Outside Amenities
    A garden with extensive brick walkways, padios and walls. Underground sprinkler system. Cherry, plum, apricot, walnut, pear, birch, and ponderosa pine trees. Several water features including ponds and waterfalls.
